Description of the project:
Our goal is to acquire state-of-the-art technology through our support, which will increase our capacity and resource efficiency. To achieve these goals, it is vital that we implement a complex project that includes expanding our equipment base, remodeling real estate, solar panels, consulting and business cloud services.
As part of the project, we will purchase 2 ASUS laptops to help with the rapid display of CAD drawings and the operation of machining machines. We use endoscopes and connection sleeves for the production processes of our self-developed products, as well as for testing and certifying the finished product. The advantage of the sterilization device is that it guarantees up to 20,000 sterilization cycles, several devices can fit in one cycle, and there is enough space for larger devices. We also purchase a 3D printer for the production of those plastic parts. The repair of our own small series of custom-made products and medical devices requires the production of custom parts, which is ensured by the machining accuracy of the selected lathe and milling machine.
The real estate investment will take place in an annex next to the previously completed own development and office building. Our goal is to carry out manufacturing activities there as well.
Our company is striving to make greater use of renewable energy, so a 13 kW solar system will be installed as part of the project.
As part of IT development, we use M365's corporate business cloud service, which is necessary for efficient office work.
As part of organizational development, we participate in time management training, which helps to create a more efficient time management structure, thus making work more efficient.
We assessed the effectiveness of our marketing tools and consider it necessary to use consulting to conduct market research in order to get a clearer picture of the market environment, target groups and competitors in the domestic and foreign markets.
